After a long year of hard work and endless dedication, the entire staff of Vietceramics' three regions enjoyed a much-deserved break at famous tourist destinations in Vietnam, such as Phan Thiet, Quang Binh, and Ha Long. This was also a special gift from Vietceramics' Board of Directors to all employees after two long years of the pandemic, filled with difficulties and stress, and a reward for their tireless efforts in helping the company overcome the most challenging period of the pandemic to be where it is today. This activity was also an opportunity for members from all departments to meet, connect, strengthen camaraderie, and enhance business effectiveness in the coming period.
With the spirit of "Change and Breakthrough," over 500 employees gathered and participated in many meaningful activities.
Here are some moments from Vietceramics' biggest connecting event of 2022.
First was the 3-day, 2-night trip of the Vietceramics HCMC family to the beautiful Phan Thiet with its romantic white sand beaches. Everyone also had the chance to visit and explore Bau Trang (Bau Sen), known as the Mini Desert of this beautiful coastal region, and experience a thrilling jeep ride over the sand dunes with heart-pounding but incredibly exciting slopes.
Over 500 employees from Vietceramics' head office and southern branches had the opportunity to reconnect with nature, while also bonding through many vibrant and meaningful teambuilding activities. The trip concluded with a cozy gala dinner, where everyone danced and enjoyed moments of fun and laughter!
Next was the trip of the Vietceramics Central branch family to the caves of Quang Binh, exploring Paradise Cave, known as the "Underground Royal Palace." This cave is located within a limestone mountain range at an altitude of 191m, surrounded by a pristine primary forest in Phong Nha -Ke Bang National Park. Everyone explored the colorful cave, admired the sparkling stalactites, and participated in fun bonding games. The final night featured a gala dinner where everyone gathered to honor the contributions and outstanding achievements of the past period.
The Vietceramics Northern branch family participated in one of the biggest connecting events of 2022 in Tuan Chau - Ha Long. The event was an opportunity for all members to bond through a series of team activities in the Amazing Race, with thrilling challenges like deciphering secret codes and searching for "Cha Muc" (squid cake), which was very exciting and engaging. In addition, the gala dinner was an occasion for members to raise a toast to the achievements and hard work of the entire team over the past year.
This trip showed that the Vietceramics family is not only dedicated to providing the best products and services to customers but also knows how to enjoy life. As the General Director of Vietceramics shared at the Gala night, "Vietceramics always works hard, plays hard, and is always ready for a strong post-pandemic breakthrough!"
